General Manager

Tony Haddad is responsible for strategic planning, business development and operations for the company, including sales, marketing, service and distribution. As General Manger, he brings extensive experience in developing business software applications to his leadership role with Kolpia. In addition, Mr. Haddad uses his extensive management experience to guide Kolpia’s efforts for a successful corporate positioning and market penetration. Prior to joining Kolpia, Mr. Haddad held various software development positions. Tony holds a Computer Science degree from San Francisco State University (extended education in management studies, Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California)

Elie Khoury

Chief Technical Officer

Elie Khoury brings to Kolpia a wealth of knowledge in software design and technology. As Chief Technology Officer, Elie is responsible for driving Kolpia’s technology strategies and vision as well as the overall architectural integrity of Kolpia’s software and development initiatives. He has over 20 years of software development and management experience in leading high technology Companies. For over 20 years prior to joining Kolpia, Mr. Khoury held development and management positions where he was responsible for delivering software products for operating systems and network protocols. Elie holds a Computer Science degree from Stanford University-California.

Adib J. SADER

Senior Software Design Engineer

Adib Sader is Co-Manager of “Sader Publisher”. Adib holds a Computer Science degree from Notre Dame University. He headed the IT team that created the softwares that enabled Sader Publisher provides the market with a CD Rom version of the well known Sader Lebanese Laws Compendium (since 1921). Adib’s knowledge and experience helped him provide Sader Publishers and Sader Printing to implement software solution that modernized the industry and made the tasks of processing and sharing information easy and efficient.

Claude AOUN

Senior Software Design Engineer

Claude Aoun is Senior Software Design Engineer at Kolpia. Claude oversees all functional specification, product architecture, and software development activities for the company including user interface design, prototyping, creating all graphical elements visible to all end users, performance analysis and quality assurance of all Kolpia applications. Mr. Aoun has extensive experience in creating applications’ graphical component, focusing in the development of advanced software products and technology geared to provide the ease of use. Prior to joining Kolpia, Mr. Aoun was at Microsoft Corporation-California where he held various software development roles. He has a Masters degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.
